Mostra "Keith Haring"

At Palazzo Braschi, over 140 works and materials trace the career of Keith Haring, the artist who transformed the line into a public and universal language. Most of them come from the Nakamura Keith Haring Collection, the largest collection in the world dedicated to the artist, joined by important public and private loans. The exhibition begins in 1980s New York, where hip-hop and street art were born, and continues through to his final works. Along the way you will encounter the Subway Drawings, political posters, sculptures and paintings. The thematic sections touch on the street, social commitment, the body, the spiritual dimension and the connection with Italy. They are held together by an idea Haring never abandoned: art must be accessible to everyone.
