The exhibition 'Impressionism and Modernity. Masterpieces from the Kunst Museum of Winterthur' is an internationally significant event that brings 91 works by the greatest masters of European modern art to Friuli Venezia Giulia. Among the exhibited works are masterpieces by, among others, Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet, Camille Pissarro, Alfred Sisley, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondrian, Wassily Kandinsky, René Magritte, Max Ernst, Paul Klee, and Giorgio de Chirico.
