EXHIBITION HISTORY OF THE KINGDOM OF ITALY: From Napoleon to Umberto II
This exhibition is a grand historical journey that tells over 220 years of national history through original works and documents. Official paintings, historical uniforms, autograph proclamations, decorations, objects belonging to the sovereigns, and authentic testimonies guide the visitor from the birth of the Kingdom of Italy to the Referendum of 2 June 1946.
On the occasion of the centenary of Queen Margherita's death, the exhibition dedicates a special focus to the first Queen of Italy and her bond with the Royal Villa of Monza.

This exhibition is a grand historical journey that recounts over 140 years of national history through original works and documents. Official paintings, historical uniforms, handwritten proclamations, decorations, objects belonging to the sovereigns, and authentic testimonies guide the visitor from the birth of the Kingdom of Italy to the Referendum of June 2, 1946.
On the occasion of the centenary of Queen Margherita's death, the exhibition dedicates a special focus to the first Queen of Italy and her connection with the Royal Villa of Monza.
