MUVEC Visit Itinerary
This itinerary will take you on a musical journey through the Veneto Bell Museum (MuVeC) full of information and inspiration
MUVEC, the largest and most carefully curated collection of bells in Italy, is the custodian of a thousand-year-old instrument, ubiquitous in everyday life, ready to reveal its fascinating and adventurous history: the bell! It all began with the historic bell foundry Daciano Colbachini and Sons, founded in 1745. After more than 250 years of foundry activity, the bold project of a permanent museum dedicated to the art of bell-making began to take shape, becoming a reality in 2002: bells from all over the world and of various shapes, ready to tell their story, deeply intertwined with the social history of mankind.
