From September 21 to October 10, the Manoni 2.0 gallery at Corso Garibaldi 55 hosts "Taxi Driver," an exhibition curated by Gianluca Castellini and presented by Gabriella Maldini, also viewable virtually via amuseapp. The exhibition brings together 40 works, all from the curator's private collection, and is structured as a genuine flashback: that of Travis Bickle, who in 1976 retraces the four stages of his inner journey. The exhibition is part of a project launched in 2022 by Sedicicorto, which, in conjunction with its own festival, dedicates an exhibition every year to a film or character from international cinema, in the belief that cinema and art have always been naturally intertwined: Sedicicorto thus celebrates the history of cinema by telling it through other art forms.
