The Factory of the Fake is an exhibition organized by the Laboratory on Forgery – Centre for Studies on Combating the Falsification of Cultural Heritage and Works of Art of the Department of Humanities – Roma Tre University, in collaboration with the Carabinieri Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, as part of the Project of Relevant National Interest "From Authenticity To Art (FATA): Italian Database of Forgeries. Multi-Tier Strategies To Protect Cultural Heritage: Research, Cataloging, and Digitization of Forgeries", funded by the Ministry of University and Research and the University Project "Conscious Guardians of Legality for Environmental, Social, Cultural and Economic Heritage".
