This itinerary is dedicated to the works of art contained within the Bisazza Foundation, ranging from the permanent exhibition to the temporary ones which periodically show new beauties of art and design.

Exhibits
This section focuses on the most iconic works hosted within the Foundation.
The project of the Bisazza Foundation - a private non-profit organization open to the public - was born from the attention and sensitivity towards the culture of design and architecture that has always animated Bisazza. The spaces of the Foundation are spread over an area of 7500 m2, previously reserved for company production, recovered and used for exhibition thanks to the redevelopment project by architect Carlo Dal Bianco. The rich permanent collection consists of installations signed by designers such as Tord Boontje, Aldo Cibic, Sandro Chia, Jaime Hayon, Arik Levy, Alessandro Mendini, Fabio Novembre, Mimmo Paladino, John Pawson, Andrée Putman, Ettore Sottsass, Studio Job, Patricia Urquiola , Marcel Wanders and Richard Meier.
Architectural Photography
This section focuses on the new permanent areas of the Foundation.
In 2015 the spaces of the Bisazza Foundation expanded with the new exhibition area entitled: "Fotografie di Architettura". On display, artworks signed by internationally authoritative figures in the world of photography such as: Berenice Abbott, Eugène Atget, Gabriele Basilico, Roland Fischer, Candida Höfer, Robert Polidori, Julius Shulman, and Hiroshi Sugimoto.
In 2019, “Love-Dream, Love-Nothing” was inaugurated, the first permanent installation in the world by the famous contemporary Japanese photographer, Nobuyoshi Araki, curated by Filippo Maggia. The installation reproduces the private room of the "Rouge Bar" - an elegant nightclub located in the Shinjuku district - here proposed in a new version, with 2 mirrored private rooms. On the walls of the permanent room, there are, in addition to the images created by Araki for Bisazza, some photographs acquired by the Foundation and three calligraphies commissioned for the installation and executed by Araki himself according to the traditional Japanese technique, the "shodō".
Events & Exhibitions
This section is dedicated to temporary exhibitions hosted in the Foundation.
An area of over 1000 m2 is dedicated to hosting traveling exhibitions and installations by internationally renowned designers, produced by the Foundation in collaboration or coming from foreign institutions. The intent of the Foundation is in fact to interact and dialogue with other design and architecture foundations and museums, creating a network for the presentation of new projects in Italy.
The activity of the Bisazza Foundation was inaugurated in June 2012 with an exhibition from the Design Museum in London, dedicated to the work of John Pawson, entitled John Pawson – Plain Space. Architecture and Design. The English architect also designed a site-specific installation, entitled “1:1 (One to One)” which is now part of the Permanent Collection.
In November 2012, the Bisazza Foundation organized and produced the first design exhibition-installation developed in collaboration with Arik Levy and entitled Experimental Growth. Arik Levy also designed a site-specific installation for the Foundation, called “RockChamber”, entirely covered in black mosaic.
In May 2013, Richard Meier's first retrospective in Europe was held
occasion of its fiftieth anniversary of activity. The American architect also designed a site-specific work, called "Internal Time", which enriched the Foundation's Permanent Collection.
In May 2014 the Bisazza Foundation paid homage to the German photographer Candida Höfer, with the exhibition entitled "Candida Höfer. Images of Architecture", a journey through a selection of photographs of classic and contemporary architecture in large format.
From 21 September to 3 December 2017, the Bisazza Foundation paid homage to the famous contemporary artist - photographer, Nobuyoshi Araki, with the ARAKI exhibition, curated by Filippo Maggia. On display are thirteen shots taken by Araki for BISAZZA in 2009, as well as seventy photographs that tell the story of the universe of the Japanese master, from female nudes, to floral compositions which have become almost sensual here, to city views and the skies of Tokyo.
In 2020 the Bisazza Foundation presented the photographic exhibition “Norman Parkinson & Fashion Photography 1948 –1968”. Curated by Cristina Carrillo de Albornoz and organized together with Iconic Images, the retrospective retraces twenty years of fashion photography, through the gaze of Norman Parkinson and four other internationally recognized photographers, Milton Greene, Terence Donovan, Terry O'Neill and Jerry Schatzberg.
