The itinerary unfolds across the three floors of the Grand Canal palace, designed by Baldassarre Longhena and completed by Giorgio Massari. The rooms, furnished with original 18th-century furniture and frescoes by Giambattista Tiepolo, also feature works by Longhi, Guardi, and Rosalba Carriera, offering a direct glimpse into the aristocratic life of 18th-century Venice.
Conceived as an environmental museum, it is housed in the monumental Palazzo Rezzonico, a work by Longhena and Massari. Among precious period furnishings and objects, it hosts major paintings from the 18th-century Venice, from the Tiepolos to Rosalba Carriera, from the Longhis to the Guardis to Canaletto.
