Avola Trip: Museo della stazione e Laboratorio pasticceria Finocchiaro

Avola Trip is a widespread museum project that connects the Avola Railway Station Museum and the Finocchiaro Pastry Museum, narrating the productive, social and cultural identity of the city between the 19th and 20th centuries. From the railway, symbol of travel, work and openness to the world, to the confectionery workshop that made Avola internationally famous, the route interweaves industrial archaeology, work memory and people's stories. The two museums are linked by a short urban itinerary that becomes an experience in itself: a "half mile of wonders" among trains, almonds, departures and returns. A slow and immersive journey into the authentic heart of Avola.
