MOSTRA STORIA DEL REGNO D'ITALIA: Da Napoleone a Umberto II
This exhibition is a great historical journey that tells over 220 years of national history through original works and documents. Official paintings, historical uniforms, autograph proclamations, decorations, objects belonging to sovereigns and authentic testimonies guide the visitor from the birth of the Kingdom of Italy to the Referendum of 2 June 1946. On the occasion of the centenary of the death of Queen Margherita, the exhibition dedicates a special focus to the first Queen of Italy and her connection with the Royal Villa of Monza.
